Introduction

The thirteenth-highest peak in the world is Gasherbrum II (8,034 meters). It is situated in the Karakoram, the world's second-highest mountain range. On July 7, 1956, three Austrians completed the climb. At an incredible 8,034 meters above sea level, Gasherbrum II is proud to be the 13th tallest mountain on Earth. Climbing this magnificent peak, which is a part of the world's second-highest mountain range, the famous Karakoram, would be difficult for any adventurer.

Gasherbrum II is a difficult climb that requires both physical stamina and a deep understanding of technical climbing techniques due to its rocky, craggy terrain and snowy areas.Hans Willenpart, Josef Larch, and Fritz Moravec were among these Austrians. It is too chilly and rough to climb this summit. If competent climbers apply their technical skills, they can ascend GII.
